1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MisaTechCare, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Marketplace Role

MisaTechCare acts as an intermediary platform connecting Customers with independent Service Providers. We do not directly provide the services listed on the platform.

3. Payments & Commissions

Customers pay providers directly. Providers agree to remit a 12% platform commission on completed jobs. Failure to remit commissions will result in account suspension.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
